MEMBERSHIP
Relevant Accountancy Experience
As a general guide, applicants for membership should have at least 3 years experience in at least 2 of the following core areas of accounting. Such experience may be obtained from professional accountancy firms or commercial undertakings but applicants must be able to demonstrate that he has received adequate training and exposure in the core areas. It is preferred that such experience acquired should be under the supervision of a qualified member of the Institute or other professionally qualified accountant.
